Mission Statement The Old Velasco 9/12'ers primary mission is the restoration of the American Republic as established and written into law in the Constitution of the United States and the Bill of Rights. We believe our individual freedoms and rights of liberty are best guaranteed through a small, representative, and fiscally responsible government that adheres to constitutional law, protects its citizenry, but does not intrude in our personal lives and beliefs.
